SACRED TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS

For centuries in Tibet and neigbouring countries, hand-crafted sacred singing bowls have been used for meditation and healing.

Containing a finite blend of seven different metals, these bowls sing when played with presence and loving respect.

As they sing, they release multidirectional healing vibrations, that radiate outwards.

The therapist may place bowls on different parts of the body. The sound carries the client into a deep, restful meditation whilst the vibrations are felt throughout the body, gentle restoring harmony and equilibrium.

The use of these bowls for healing can be integrated into any bodywork session, or you can experience a session purely of sound.
